I obsess over real estate and if you get me started, I’ll talk all day about it. I have been writing the Raleigh Real Estate News blog since 2005. My wife got tired of hearing about it so I started blogging about the Raleigh area and real estate news as an outlet.
My mission for my real estate blog is simple: To provide feedback and commentary on real estate news and information in Raleigh and the surrounding area.
My goal is also simple: To build my credibility with you as a reader hoping that you will contact me when you are ready to buy or sell real estate in the Raleigh area.
It’s not uncommon to hear real estate agents proclaim cliches’ like what a great time it is to buy or sell real estate. I hear it in Raleigh all the time but the truth is that every circumstance is different. Our market has changed and there are great opportunities available for some people. Others may be struggling with just keeping their home.
